Personal Training allows you to work one-on-one, or in a small group, with a certified trainer to establish your goals and make a plan to succeed. We offer full-hour or half-hour personal training sessions that will leave you feeling great and energetic.

Five 1- hour sessions – $195
Ten 1- hour sessions – $375
Group Personal Training
One 1 – hour session for up to three people – $60
Five 1- hour sessions for up to three people – $275
