We are a charitable community nonprofit organization and when you support the Y, you help make our communities stronger and help the “us” who live here realize the power of their full potential. By donating to the Y, you can help us reach more people in need with our programs and services. Contributions to the Ottawa YMCA fall into three categories: capital contributions, endowment giving, and annual contributions. Tax Information: We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our tax identification number is 36-2337893. Contributions to the Ottawa YMCA are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Since 1956, the Ottawa has been working to make our communities better.

With your gift to the Y’s Annual Giving Campaign, we can ensure that more kids get after-school care. We can offer more programs to our seniors to keep them socially connected. We can allow our teens to build positive relationships and learn new skills. We can respond to community needs by hosting blood drives, offering Evidence-Based Classes, and providing free Swim Safety lessons to all area second-grade children..

Building A Stronger Future

The YMCA is raising funds to support several projects and additions for our new YMCA. With the common goal of creating meaningful, memorable experiences for youth, adults, and families, we will continue to strive to improve and expand to serve the entire community.
